Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the essential guidelines for placing new or repeat orders, including production timelines, payment requirements, and minimum quantity rules. They ensure clarity regarding responsibilities such as design approval, transit handling, and pickup schedules. By proceeding with an order, the customer agrees to follow all conditions mentioned below to maintain a smooth and transparent business process.

• The first order, which means 50 boxes, must be completed within one month.
• 100% advance payment is required for the payment condition.
• The new order delivery time will be 25 days from the time the order is placed, and the re-order delivery time will be 8 days.
• The customer is responsible for transit damages.
• A minimum of 500 bottles (bound) are required.
• Upon receipt of the printing, no kind of alteration in any color will be accepted.
• The payment for the design will have to be made after the approval of the label design.
• The payment for the raw material will have to be made according to the details provided.
• The goods/stock must be picked up within 15 days of being ready, or within 1 month of the billing date.
• A minimum of 2 days' notice must be given for repeat orders.
• The company will take back the goods/stock, but will not refund the money (only replacement/credit may be implied).
